Steamed Veggies

I am a sucker for steamed vegetables!

1 large carrot, peeled and sliced thin
1 large or 2 small zucchini, sliced
broccoli, small pieces, desired amount
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Place about 1 cup water into a saucepan with veggies. Sprinkle with seasonings. Put lid on pot and simmer on low about 10 minutes or until desired texture.

Drain water and serve! You can add butter if desired.
