Taco Soup

Tortilla or Taco Soup


1 lb hamburger meat
1 medium onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can rotel (I use original)
1 can pinto beans (you can use jalapeno pinto beans if you want more spice)
1 can red kidney beans
2 cans of chicken broth
1 package taco seasoning
1 package dry ranch dip mix (I use hidden valley)
1 bag of thin tortilla chips


Brown and crumble hamburger meat. Drain any grease then add your onion. Add taco seasoning and rotel, then let simmer about 5 minutes to absorb into meat. Add the rest of the canned ingredients. Last add the dry ranch mix. Stir ingredients to completely mix. Set on medium or medium low heat and let cook for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy! : )
