What a great idea!! I will be doing this

What a great idea!! I will be doing this!!!

ORNAMENTS IN CUPS

Instead of paying a small fortune for the rubbermaid containers that are designed to store glass ornaments, invest a few dollars in plastic cups! Just place each ornament in a cup, line them together, and separate layers with cardboard. Easy and inexpensive storage!

So, get ahead of the game! Get this together for when you are ready to put the ornaments away this year!!

Candy Christmas Sleighs

Candy Christmas Sleighs!

CANDY CHRISTMAS SLEIGHS

Items needed:
Kit Kat regular sized bars
Candy Canes
Hershey Mini’s, (I used the Christmas Edition)
Ribbon and bows
Hot glue gun, two glue sticks

Mark two lines on the bottom of the Kit Kat bars, this is where you will attach the Candy Canes. Run a line of hot glue on your marks and attach the candy canes, do this one at a time and let them set up for a minute.

Put a drop of hot glue on the edges of the Hershey Mini’s wrappers and attach them to the sled bottom, you will stack them 4, then 3, then 2, then 1. Let this set up for a minute.

Tie a pretty piece of ribbon around the sled, and tape the ends to the bottom of the sled, (don’t use hot glue on the ribbon~~ don’t ask)
Add a ribbon to the top!! Viola~~ a cute and edible gift!!

Enjoy!!

Best Packaging for Christmas Cookies!

Christmas Gift Packaging For Cookies

Cookies are an amazing holiday gift but how to wrap or pack them so that they would look festive? Here’s a wonderful idea for you! You’ll need a Pringles can, some wrapping paper, wax paper, parchment or freezer paper, a ribbon, glue or spray adhesive, muffin cups/liners. Cut the wrapping paper so that it wraps around the can and adhere it to the outside of the can using glue or spray. Cut the ribbon and wrap it around the top and bottom of the tube; also glue it to stick in place. Cut the wax paper a similar size and roll it so that it fits inside of the can. Put your cookies into the muffin cups and then into the tube: this way they won’t move inside. Now give this gift package with cookies to make someone happy!
